Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Check availability by calling 519-363-3039 ex 117 or emailing our Program Coordinator.
- Complete the Rental Request Form online. Please ensure that all fields have been filled out correctly.
- Send the completed rental request form to the Program Coordinator.
- We will review the rental request form and, if needed, request more information regarding your rental. This process varies in length of time.
- We will email you a final contract and information on how to pay. Review, sign and return a copy to the Program Coordinator.
- The contract will be valid once we receive a signed copy of the contract, and have emailed you confirmation of receipt.
- Invoices will be sent by mail at the end of each month.
