Ball Diamonds and Soccer

The Municipality owns 11 sports fields, including 7 ball diamonds, and 4 soccer pitch's. The Municipality operates 6 of the ball diamonds, the 7^th is operated by the Allenford Ball Diamond Committee.

Sports fields are open every year from approx May 1 to October 31.

Notice

Arran Elderslie ball diamonds and all other sports fields will officially open as soon as weather permits.

Residents, rental contract holders and organizers of large public events are asked to please stay off sports fields until they are open.

Fields could be damaged if used when they are too wet. As conditions improve, residents, visitors and sports organizations are encouraged to use discretion when deciding to use a ball diamond or field that may be saturated.

Rent a sports field or ball diamond

Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis, with priority given to returning teams from previous years.

1. Check availability by calling 519-363-3039 ex 117 or emailing our Program Coordinator 
2. Complete the Rental request form online. Please ensure that all fields have been filled out correctly.
3. Send the completed rental request form with a schedule to the Program Coordinator 
4. We will review the rental request form and, if needed, request more information regarding your rental. This process varies in length of time.
5. We will email you a final contract and information on how to pay. Review, sign and return a copy to the Program Coordinator.
6. The contract will be valid once we receive a signed copy of the contract, and have emailed you confirmation of receipt.
7. Invoices will be sent by mail at the end of each month.
