Take Notice that the Corporation of the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie hereby gives notice of the intention to enact a by-law to stop up and close a portion of the unopened road allowance described as Albert Street between Arnaud Street and Canrobert Street, in the former Village of Paisley, Parts 1 & 2, Plan 3R-10854.
The By-law to stop up and close the subject lands will be considered by Council at their meeting being held in the Council Chambers at 1925 Bruce Road 10, Chesley on February 26, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter that the matter may be heard.
These lands will be sold as a direct sale to the abutting property owners as per the Municipality of Arran-Elderslie Unopened Road Allowance Policy.
